A celebration to last throughout the years!
Distance makes the CSAE connection grow stronger, a sentiment that business and executive members have always shared as we crossed paths from one great association event to the next – ahem, pre-pandemic! Who knew when we shook hands and said so long at the closing session of the last CSAE Winter Summit, in Alliston, that it would take 28 months to be side-by-side again? No wonder the 2022 CSAE Summer Summit was an early sell out. And the road trip to Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville gave hundreds of CSAE members extra reason to crank up the feel-good tunes. You can admit it if your CSAE car-pool team cranked Kool and the Gang – Celebration Time Come On. Okay now, every everyone sing along: “There’s a party going on right here, a celebration to last throughout the years.”
Indeed, the Summer Summit celebration is still going on. FORUM will share a more detailed story on the biggest CSAE Trillium event since lockdowns and Zoom stole our in-person fun in the next issue.
