Call to Action – Share Your Story
Event hosts across Canada have been working tirelessly these past several weeks to cancel, postpone or pivot their live events due to COVID-19. There is an enormous opportunity to document these experiences, and drill down on lessons learned to devise risk management best practices for the future. Planner Protect has created a national project called COVID-19: CHRONICLING THE LESSONS LEARNED. This project will document Canadian event hosts’ experiences and extract key lessons learned that will help prepare our industry for a future crisis. We are seeking corporate, association and independent planners to be interviewed over the next 8 weeks. Virtual interviews will use a series of prescribed questions. The discussions will be used to determine the lessons learned and formulate best practices. The result will be a practical and informative report to provide qualitative content for industry presentations and publications distributed as widely as possible!
