Why Do We Volunteer?

In April’s issue we shared a number of pieces about volunteering. While we officially celebrate volunteers in April, activity is year-round. Our volunteers tirelessly give their time and passion throughout the year.

People volunteer for different reasons. It may be to create new relationships or have new experiences. It may be a way to expand our own boundaries and stretch ourselves. It may be to give back to the communities we know.

During the CSAE volunteer celebrations last month, attendees heard from three of our own. Hear why they volunteer.
