Demographic changes, the cost of office space, the increasing cost of fuel and commuting and administrative scrutiny are causing Associations to evaluate their approach to Virtual Work! This session will use the CSAE competency framework to look at all areas of Association excellence with regard to virtual improvements and efficiencies. You will leave with tips, tricks, and templates that will give you the support you need for whatever virtual looks like in your world.

Discussion topics include Governance, Organizational Direction, Delivering Member Value, Operations, and Human Resources.
